Abstract: An expert navigation device based on actual welding data of an embodiment includes: a welding variable acquisition unit that acquires welding variable data of an expert through a bigdata platform; a welding line extraction unit that analyzes a base material, which is a welding target, through a camera mounted on a welding helmet to acquire the welding line in the base material; a synchronization unit that generates a trigger, which serves as a reference point, for matching the welding variable data acquired through the welding variable acquisition unit to the welding line acquired through the welding line extraction unit; and a navigation output unit that displays information of the welding variable data to a user when a welding location reaches a trigger point while welding is performed based on the trigger point generated by the synchronization unit.

Abstract: A cloud service system and method for unloading and loading plans are disclosed. The system includes a server and planners. An integrated unloading plan providing method includes the operation: (a) assigning, by each planner, a ship company, a sea route, and a ship for an unloading plan; (b) specifying, by each planner, edition attributes in consideration of the attributes of cargo to be loaded; (c) performing, by each planner, display for each cell of a bay profile on the basis of the previously specified cargo attributes; (d) when there is a need to input detailed information for each cell of the bay profile, inputting, by each planner, the detailed information; (e) when there is a need for inboard transloading during an operation for each cell, assigning, by each planner, a transloading plan to a corresponding cell; and (f) determining, by each planner, whether planning for each cell has been completed.

Abstract: A scheduling method for loading and unloading the containers is developed and computerized for efficiently operating the loading and unloading cargo from the container ship to the assigned storage site or vice versa, and organizing the container storage system. A computer readable recording medium is also developed for recording the computer programs of the scheduling method for effectively performing the optimal loading and unloading process with the shortest time consuming. The recording medium contains a data acquiring step for establishing Yard Information Database, Container Database, Shipping Order Database, a Unloading Step including assigning an available quay location identifying unloading containers and assigning an available container storage site, Loading Step including identify the loading containers, location of storage site, cargo destination and ship quay location, and Data Storing Step for maintaining Bay Plan.

Abstract: A terminal Global Positioning System (TGPS) adopting a real-time self Differential Global Positioning System (DGPS) is developed for positioning a moving station in a local area. This TGPS enables not only to minimize the error ranges without any additional expensive transmitting-receiving equipment, but also to calculate an accurate correcting value through a TGPS server.
