    Abstract: An introducer for being fitted with a circular stapler, is a flexible plastic member in a whole shape of conical with an inner cavity; the introducer has a proximal end and a distal end, outer diameter of the introducer is gradually increased from the distal end to the proximal end and a maximum outer diameter of the proximal end is less than or equal to a maximum outer diameter of a staple cartridge assembly; when pulled by an external force, the plastic member may be unwound spirally and finally forms a strip body capable of being disengaged from the circular stapler. The introducer provided by the present disclosure has the advantages that: as the maximum outer diameter of the introducer is approximately equal to the maximum outer diameter of the staple cartridge assembly, the process of introducing can be achieved without bad influence resulting from increasing the outer diameter of the circular stapler.

    Abstract: A linear surgical stapler includes upper and lower jaws, an anvil and a cartridge respectively mounted on opposite far ends of the upper and lower jaws, a handle portion, a slider, and a button base relatively fixed to the slider. The lower jaw therein includes a staple drive bar and a cutter pusher. The slider is mounted with the button base. Each lateral side of the button base is pivotally associated with an operation button which is rotatable between a first status where an operating surface of the operation button is perpendicular to an axis of the linear surgical stapler, and a second status where the operating surface of the operation button is parallel to the axis of the linear surgical stapler. Since the operation buttons can be simultaneously collapsed adjacent to the jaws, the profile of the whole instrument and the packaging costs can be reduced.

    Abstract: A linear surgical stapler includes an upper staple cartridge receiving half-section, a lower staple cartridge receiving half-section and a staple cartridge assembly. The staple cartridge assembly includes a cutting groove in which a reciprocating movement cutter is mounted. The cutter includes a bottom surface and a knife blade located at a far end of the cutter. The staple cartridge assembly includes a restricting member mounted therein and an elastic stopper. The elastic stopper abuts against the restricting member when the staple cartridge assembly is in an initial state. The restricting member breaks away from the staple cartridge assembly when the staple cartridge assembly is in a firing complete state, thereby preventing the cutter from sliding towards the far end of the staple cartridge. As a result, misfiring throughout the whole operation of the linear surgical stapler is prevented.

The linear cutting stapler further comprises a safety mechanism. The safety mechanism comprises an engagement member. A notch fitting the engagement member is disposed on a bottom surface of the staple driving rod (3). The safety mechanism further comprises a floating block (1). The floating block (1) may perform longitudinal displacement in the lower jaw (5). When the floating block (1) is pressed against the staple cartridge (51) or an anvil (6), a top end of the engagement member is driven to perform longitudinal displacement, so that the engagement member is separated from the notch. The linear cutting stapler has a simple structure, is easy to be fabricated, and is safe and reliable.
