    Abstract: A filter structure (F) includes a filter layer (1), an adhesive layer (10), and a sheet layer (20). The sheet layer has a thickness of 12 ?m to 75 ?m, and has a surface roughness Ra of 0.09 ?m to 0.4 ?m on a surface in contact with the adhesive layer. By setting the thickness of the sheet layer to 12 ?m or more, waving when the sheet layer is laminated on the adhesive layer is reduced, and surface smoothness of the adhesive layer is maintained. By setting the thickness of the sheet layer to 75 ?m or less, the sheet layer is less likely to be separated from the adhesive layer during folding. Since the surface roughness Ra of the sheet layer is 0.4 ?m or less, a surface roughness of the adhesive layer in contact with the sheet layer is controlled to a state of reliably exerting an adhesive force. Since the surface roughness of the sheet layer is 0.09 ?m or more, handleability is improved, and a manufacturing cost is not increased.
