Patents Assigned to Toyo Electric Co., Ltd.
  • Patent number: 6929134
Abstract: When a heat treatment device for simultaneously heat-treating synthetic fiber filament yarns with saturated steam of heat medium liquid stored in a plurality of closed containers is installed with other devices together, the total height of the installation is lowered than a conventional one in order to reduce the cost of a building for storing these devices. The closed container for saturated steam of heat medium liquid is formed longer in horizontal direction, the heating surface of an outer surface of the closed container is faced downwardly, and the heating surfaces of the closed containers are provided at positions higher than the heat medium liquid level in the boiler so that a boiler for heating the heat medium is not necessarily installed in each closed container, thereby manufacturing costs are also reduced.

  • Patent number: 6908304
Abstract: When a heat treatment device for heating synthetic fiber filament yarns by saturated steam is installed to a drawing and texturing device for synthetic fiber filament yarns, in order to lower the total height of the devices than a conventional one, cylindrical hot pins each having a heat-absorbing part and a heat-discharging part are formed integrally with the bottom surface of a laterally extended container for sealing saturated steam of heat medium liquid in such a fashion as to penetrate through the bottom surface from inside to outside of the container with axes of the hot pins extending in a vertical direction, and the level of surface of the heat medium liquid within the boiler connected with the container is disposed at a position lower than the inside bottom surface of the container.

  • Patent number: 5878770
Abstract: A pressure release mechanism for a heating apparatus using saturated vapor of a heating medium according to this invention will completely prevent undesirable intrusion of the air into a heating chamber even when the pressure within the chamber reduces down below the atmospheric pressure either during operation or out of operation of the heating apparatus, and also enables an easy replacement of the rupture plate when required. The mechanism comprises a pair of metal pipes, each having a flange at one end thereof, a plate holder disposed to either one of said two flanges, a rupture plate welded onto said plate holder, fastening means which secure said pair of flanges with each other, and a seal cover extending over and between said pair of flanges and welded thereto so as to cover said fixture portion in an air tight manner.

  • Patent number: 5718109
Abstract: A heating apparatus for false twisting of synthetic fiber is desired to be a non-contact type high-temperature heating apparatus from the viewpoints of efficiency and energy saving. However, in this case, it is necessary to process a long metal bar to form a long passage through which a filament passes and accommodate a long heating member in the metal bar. This processing is very difficult to do. To solve this problem, this invention has been proposed. A main body is made of metal so that the main body is constructed in the form of a tube or it is tubular and bent relative to the length of the main body. End walls are formed on both ends of the main body. In the main body, passages through which filaments pass are provided along the length of the main body and guides are provided. Further, heat-conductive powder or grain is contained in the main body and additionally, a heating member is provided therein.

  • Patent number: 4535274
Abstract: A driving circuit for a brushless motor having a permanent-magnetic rotor is disclosed which is capable of positively carrying out starting of the motor and rapidly interrupting exciting current to protect the motor, when the rotor fails to rotate during the normal operation. The driving circuit includes transistor control circuits each including a capacitor, a PUT, and a capacitor charging circuit comprising a Zener diode and a resistor; and a resistor series circuit for flowing conductive signal current to a transistor switch which serves to supply current to exciting windings. The PUT is conductive to allow the transistor switch to be kept non-conductive when the capacitor is charged to a predetermined voltage.
