  • Patent number: 10065756
Abstract: Disclosed is a device for gas replacement capable of reducing the amount of replacement gas, improving a gas replacement rate, and reducing the amount of split liquid. In a replacement nozzle (11) which blows the replacement gas toward a container opening portion symmetrically about a center line in the container radial direction, the space between nozzle port outermost walls is divided with a plurality of wind direction adjustment plates (16a, 16b) to generate a plurality of blowout ports. The replacement gas flow blowing along the outermost walls of the nozzle opening are so blown inward as to form an angle of 100° to 130°. Moreover, the replacement gas is blown from the replacement nozzle to the range between the level lower than the end of the can opening by one third or more the height of the can neck portion and the level equal to or higher than the height of the can cover.

Abstract: Provided are a deforming method and device that use laser-induced breakdown. The provided method and device make it possible to shorten the focal distance, thereby improving laser beam convergence, and increase the utilization efficiency of sound waves that contribute to defoaming. Pulsed laser light is focused and irradiated into a space inside an acoustic waveguide (4), thereby generating pulsed sound waves from the illumination point (7). The pulsed sound waves propagate down the acoustic waveguide as plane waves, then propagate beyond an open end (16) as spherical waves, and break up a foam outside the open end of the acoustic wave guide.

  • Publication number: 20160039572
Abstract: A multilayered container with excellent heat resistance which is obtained by melt molding and has an interlayer made of an oxygen-absorbing barrier resin composition. The multilayered container comprises inner and outer layers comprising an olefin resin and, sandwiched between the inner and outer layers, an interlayer made of an oxygen-absorbing barrier resin composition. The multilayered container is one formed by melt molding. In thermal analysis of a container barrel part, it has a quantity of heat of isothermal crystallization after heating from 30° C. to 130° C. at 100° C./min of 0.5 J/g or larger. In the analysis, the barrel part, after cooling from 200° C. to 130° C. at 100° C./min, gives an isothermal crystallization profile in which the time period to a peak top is shorter than that in a multilayered container including an interlayer consisting only of the base resin (oxygen-barrier resin) constituting the oxygen-absorbing barrier resin composition.
