  • Publication number: 20110248429
Abstract: Disclosed is a method for producing a synthetic resin container comprising: a primary blow step of forming a bottomed cylindrical preform 10 made of a thermoplastic resin into a first molded intermediate 11 by blow molding; a constriction step of constricting the first molded intermediate 11 by depressurizing the inside of the first molded intermediate 11, to obtain a second molded intermediate 12; and a secondary blow step of placing the second molded intermediate 12 in a blow mold 1 and transferring an inner surface shape of the blow mold thereto by blow molding, to mold the secondary molded intermediate 12 into a predetermined container shape. According to this constitution, even though a body portion of each container has a deeply constricted shape, the inner surface shape of the blow mold can be successfully transferred thereto, and hence the synthetic resin containers molded into a predetermined container shape with excellent molding properties can be efficiently mass-produced.

  • Patent number: 8026288
Abstract: A defoaming method capable of destroying foams generated when a container is filled with drink, or the like, efficiently at a high speed and destroying foams effectively even in the case of a container having a narrow mouth. Liquid surface (6) in a container (1) is irradiated with pulse-like light (2) and a pulse-like sound wave (8) is generated from an irradiated point (7) as a sound source. The pulse-like sound wave thus generated propagates from the sound source as a strong spherical wave to reach a bubble (9) and to destroy the bubble. It can also destroy a bubble located at a place remote from the optical path quickly, thus destroying bubbles efficiently at a high speed. Alternatively, pulse-like light is condensed at a gas portion above the liquid surface and the bubbles can be destroyed with a shock wave generated by breakdown phenomenon.

  • Publication number: 20110201069
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a method for efficiently producing an oligomer or a monomer by degrading a biodegradable resin using an enzyme, so that the oligomer or the monomer can be recovered. The present invention provides a method for producing an oligomer and/or a monomer by degrading a biodegradable resin in a degradation liquid containing a biodegradation enzyme, a buffer agent, an organic solvent, and water. In this method, the SP value of the organic solvent is less than 8.5 or more than 11.5, and the percentage content of the organic solvent (by volume) in the degradation liquid is higher than 1% and lower than 15%. In the method for producing an oligomer or a monomer, the degradation percentage of the biodegradable resin is low, and deposits of aggregates of the oligomer and/or the monomer are few, so that the recovery percentage is high.

  • Patent number: 7967593
Abstract: An apparatus for supplying synthetic resins applicable to a metal mold wheel that rotates at a high speed. A cutter of a cutter unit and a holding fitting are attached to an air cylinder, so that the cutter unit can be advanced and retreated in the radial direction of rotation. When the molten resin is stably blown out from an extrusion nozzle, the air cylinder is expanded to move the cutter to an advanced position to cut the molten resin. When the molten resin is unstably blown out from the extruder, the air cylinder is contracted and the cutter is arranged at a retreated position so will not to come in contact with the molten resin. Despite the cutter wheel continues to rotate, the molten resin is not contacted by the cutters.
