Abstract: An autonomous driving control system for a vehicle which is able to switch between manual driving and autonomous driving is provided with a driver condition sensor, acting part, and electronic control unit. The electronic control unit is provided with an autonomous driving control part, reliance calculating part for calculating an autonomous driving output reliance, vigilance calculating part for calculating a driver vigilance, and an action control part for controlling a strength of an action against a driver. In a region in which an operating point determined by the autonomous driving output reliance and driver vigilance can fall, a plurality of sub regions are defined by boundary lines extending so that the driver vigilance becomes higher as the autonomous driving output reliance becomes lower. The action control part controls the strength of the action against the driver to differ in accordance with the sub region in which the operating point falls.
Abstract: In a vehicular trailing arm type suspension structure, a trailing arm is formed by arranging and joining a first half trailing arm plate member and a second half trailing arm plate member in a longitudinal direction. The first half trailing arm plate member and the second half trailing arm plate member are formed so that, when they are joined, a predetermined length portion in the trailing arm relatively close to a vehicle body-side end of the trailing arm in the longitudinal direction has a hollow shape, and a predetermined length portion in the trailing arm relatively close to a wheel-side end of the trailing arm in the longitudinal direction is platy so as to allow a use as an axle bearing mount surface.
Abstract: When an angular acceleration ? of a rotating shaft of a motor connected with a drive shaft exceeds a preset threshold value ?slip, which suggests the occurrence of a skid, the torque control procedure sets a maximum torque Tmax by referring to a map, which gives a smaller maximum torque Tmax with an increase in angular acceleration ?, and restricts the motor torque to the maximum torque Tmax. The maximum torque Tmax is fixed to a value corresponding to a peak value of the angular acceleration ? at the time of occurrence of a skid. The torque control procedure then integrates the angular acceleration ? to give a time integration thereof over an integration interval when the angular acceleration ? once exceeds the preset threshold value ?slip and decreases again below the preset threshold value ?slip by the motor torque restriction.
