Only the fluctuation component of the rotation speed is extracted from the rotation speed of the motor with a band-pass filter. When limiting the torque of the motor, the torque reduction is started at the timing of 270 degrees in the phase of the waveform which regards the extracted fluctuation component as the COS waveform.
