    Abstract: A method for producing a road structure, has the following steps: (i) applying a highly porous asphalt base layer onto a supporting structure, particularly applying a highly porous asphalt base layer onto a concrete structure; (ii) applying a reaction resin mix onto the highly porous asphalt base layer from step (i); (iii) applying a bonding agent onto the highly porous asphalt base layer from step (i), wherein the bonding agent is a thermoplastic which is solid at room temperature; (iv) applying a bitumen-based top layer.
