Abstract: A method for providing connectivity from a transport vehicle to a transport vehicle company, a financial institution, and/or a third party provider, and an administrative processor via a network using administrative data storage, a dynamic library of viewing content, and a dynamic driver profile. The method uses a portable media device installed in the transport vehicle for viewing content using an interactive dynamic customized dashboard. The method enables purchase of goods and services from the transport vehicle, while the transport vehicle is in motion, recharging of a client device while in the transport vehicle, and providing automated driver check in and out while recording activity of the transport vehicle during defined periods of time.
