    Abstract: The present invention relates to a balloon made of a synthetic resin film, such as nylon, having a thin film on the surface thereof; on the thin film printing can be conducted by the use of a printer for use in computers. The thin film, which is printable with a water base ink, includes a water soluble emulsion including polyvinyl emulsion, water, and a potato starch, and an oilness binder and a white pigment. In a preferred embodiment, the thin film has a lower layer film containing an oilness binder, a white pigment and an upper layer film containing a polyvinyl acetate emulsion, water and a potato starch; these lower and lower layer films are applied on the outer surface of the balloon in this order to obtain a balloon made of a synthetic resin film with a thin film which is printable with a water base ink.
