    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method to identify distance proximity between driver and a vehicle comprising; capturing geo location of the vehicle; capturing geo location of the driver; comparing the distance proximity between geo location of the vehicle and the geo location of the driver, wherein the proximity distance is calculated at same instance of time; an ascertaining that the driver and vehicle are in a same place in case the distance proximity is within a tolerable distance.
