Abstract: An LED signal light includes, in one embodiment, a printed circuit board, an LED light source, and electronic control circuitry. The printed circuit board includes a substrate layer and a metal layer. The metal layer is adjacent to the substrate layer. The metal layer includes a first pad and a second pad spaced apart from the first pad in a radial direction to thermally isolate the second pad from the first pad. The LED light source electrically coupled to the second pad. The electronic control circuitry is electrically coupled to the first pad. The electronic control circuitry is configured to supply electrical energy to the LED light source.
