The closure including a side wall, a flange extending perpendicular to the side wall, and a locking lug disposed within the flange for engaging the corresponding locking lug of the container. The flange substantially covers the upper surface of the rim of the container and includes a gap portion disposed adjacent to the locking lug for allowing a user to deflect the deflectable locking portion of the container through the gap portion in the flange to disengage the locking lug of the container from the locking lug of the closure.

Abstract: A labeling method that enables a pharmacy to have pre-printed labels containing desired and custom color advertising and other color printings not achievable using the single color thermal printers used by pharmacies to print labels at the pharmacy, with the pharmacy being able to control the content of the pre-printed labels and to utilize the pre-printed labels as they desire with a single color printer to add printing specific to the patient and the prescription medicine.

Abstract: A closure system includes an inner cap including a plurality of driving structures disposed proximate a periphery of a top surface of the inner cap, a child proof element separated from the inner cap configured to be assembled with the inner cap to form a child proof cap, and a key having a plurality of projections. The child proof element when assembled with the inner cap in a child proof mode is configured to require the plurality of projections of the key to engage at least a portion of the plurality of driving structures of the inner cap to remove the assembled child proof cap when the child proof cap is installed on the container.
