  • Patent number: 5282593
Abstract: An adjustable leg for tables and other platforms includes elevating mechanism in the form of a plurality of screw members which are appropriately rotated and also includes rotation preventing mechanism telescopingly extending through the hollow portion of the screw members to hold the lower screw member non-rotatable so that the leg can move in extension and retraction. In this way, the leg solves the problem of having a sufficiently low elevation for the table when the legs are retracted and a sufficiently high elevation for the table when the legs are extended.

  • Patent number: 5014688
Abstract: A patient treatment table having a bed supported pivotally by a base wherein the bed also has pivotal footboard mechanism. An actuator extends along the same central plane as a base member which provides elevation for the bed. The actuator not only pivots the bed, but also through a push rod pivots the footboard mechanism. ..

  • Patent number: 4384378
Abstract: A mobile body lift comprising an inverted U-shaped lift frame moved vertically relative to a supporting mobile frame by mechanical actuator mechanism and having a T-shaped support at its foot end and a U-shaped support at its head end, each of which are pivotally connected at their upper ends to opposite ends of a pair of spaced parallel horizontal support bars, and a pair of bed frame suspensions, each of which is pivotally connected at its upper end to one of said horizontal bars and each of which is pivotally connected at its lower end to a bed frame.

  • Patent number: 4021028
Abstract: A tiltable treatment table in which the table member is pivotally mounted on an upstanding support frame through a suitable pivot structure which includes torsional counterbalance springs to counterbalance the weight of the patient and permit ready manual adjustment and displacement or tilt of the table relative to the support frame. The treatment table includes an intermediate tilt section or thoriac section which may be displaced relative to the main table and held rigidly in position through telescopic adjustment members which lock together through an eccentric mechanism.
