Abstract: A sleeve valve for fluid flow between a hydrocarbon reservoir and a well includes a first sleeve and a second sleeve which are relatively movable between a first position in which at least one opening in the first sleeve is aligned or misaligned with at least one opening in the second sleeve in order to admit or shut off the fluid flow. The first sleeve is provided with a radially movable sealing element that has a sealing surface adapted to rest against the second sleeve around the second sleeve opening, and at least one tension element presses the sealing element with its sealing surface against the second sleeve. A method for the assembly of such a sleeve valve includes a sealing element and a tension element placed in the outer sleeve opening and a clamping tool is adapted to the opening in the sealing element and moved outwards together with the sealing element until the sealing element is flush with the inner surface of the outer sleeve.
Abstract: A sleeve valve device for fluid flow between a hydrocarbon reservoir and a well in the hydrocarbon reservoir comprises a fixed outer sleeve (1) and an inner sleeve (2) which is rotatable in order to bring apertures (3, 4) in the outer sleeve and the inner sleeve into and out of correspondence with each other, for adjustment of the fluid flow through the apertures. The inner sleeve comprises at least one external bulb (5) with a surface (6) which, in an unassembled, unloaded condition of the outer sleeve (1) and the inner sleeve (2), is at a distance (11) from the inner sleeve's centre line (9) which is greater than the outer sleeve's internal radius (r2).

Abstract: A device for mutually independent control of regulating devices for controlling fluid flow between a hydrocarbon reservoir and a well includes a flow controller and a hydraulic actuator. The actuator is flow-relatedly arranged in series with at least two associated control valves in a path between two hydraulic pipes. The control valves are controlled to open for the flow of hydraulic liquid to the actuator by the pressure in the two hydraulic pipes, and the combination of two hydraulic pipes which are connected to an actuator is different for independently controllable regulating devices.
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for setting a packer (7) in a well bore (1), wherein a production tubing (4) with a packer (7) is located in the well bore (1). Abrading means (11) of the packer (7) is radially expanded and rotated, for rounding the well bore wall (10), and packing means (9) are radially expanded against the rounded well bore wall (10). The invention also relates to a packer (7) to be included in a production tubing (4) in a well bore (1), comprising radially expandable and rotatable abrading means (11) for rounding the well bore wall (10), and radially expandable packing means (9), for sealing between the packer (7) and the rounded well bore wall (10).
