Abstract: A high performance focusing actuator of a voice coil motor comprises a retaining unit having a plastic retaining frame; a center portion of the plastic retaining frame being a receiving space; two opposite corners of the receiving space being chamfered; an inner side of each chamfered side being formed with a slide portion; and a metal rear cover plate having a shape corresponding to that of the plastic retaining frame; the metal rear cover plate having an open space coaxial with the receiving space of the plastic retaining frame; an outer side of the metal rear cover plate having four outer plates; each of two opposite corners of each outer plate being formed with an inclined guide surface corresponding to the slide portion of the plastic retaining frame; an iron receiving gap being formed between an inclined guide surface and outer plate; and each iron receiving gap receiving a magnet.

Abstract: A driving assembly of camera shutter and diaphragm comprises a first stator, a second stator, a coil set and a rotor. The coil set is installed between the first stator and second stator. A first wing is axially extended from a round periphery of the first stator and a second wing is axially extended from a round periphery of the second stator. Each of the first stator and second wing is a round cambered sheet. In assembly the first stator and second wing are formed as a space for receiving the rotor; thus the rotor is driven to rotate by the magnetic force of the first wing and second wing so as to drive the diaphragm and shutter. Each of the first wing and second wing has a plurality of parts which are formed around the respective stator and are spaced with an equal spaced.

Abstract: A leadscrew set is installed on a stepping motor which comprises a coil bobbin, the leadscrew set includes a leadscrew, which has a shaft body, a screw portion formed on periphery of the shaft body, a magnet connecting portion connected on an end of the shaft body, two gluing portions formed concave on the magnet connecting portion, each gluing portion has a gluing surface; a magnet part, which has a barrel body, a leadscrew fitting hole formed inside the barrel body and positioned at inward of the coil bobbin and the magnet connecting portion of the leadscrew; and a glue member, which glued between the gluing portions of the leadscrew and the leadscrew fitting hole of the magnet part.
