  • Patent number: 9959256
Abstract: A system for web asset modification comprises a processor and a memory. The processor is configured to: receive a request for a web asset for display on a device; receive an indication of one or more user contexts; determine one or more groups for the web asset, wherein each of the one or more groups comprises a group for adapting display of the web asset on the device; and modify the web asset based at least in part on one user context of the one or more user contexts and one group of the one or more groups. The memory is coupled to the processor and is configured to provide the processor with instructions.

  • Patent number: 7266370
Abstract: Embodiments of the invention provide the ability to develop and deploy device independent applications for mobile communication devices having disparate operating systems. A workflow module is used to create an application comprising rule sets that are independent of mobile communication device specific operating system. The look and feel of each application is independent of the mobile communication device in which each application ultimately executes. Each mobile communication device executes a UI Engine that is specific to the device and operating system running on the device. Since the UI Engine is developed once per device and is capable of executing applications interfaces, the only element to be downloaded into each mobile communication device is a UI component comprising a rule set and content data that makes up an application screen.

  • Publication number: 20070061488
Abstract: A method and system for implementing a user interface for providing a data service in a mobile client using a server with knowledge of the client's hardware and software capabilities to modify data content and display rules for an improved user interface on the client. Data may be cached on the client to improve application response time and provide a standalone application capability for the client. The automatic conversion of newly developed applications to a plurality of clients with differing hardware and software capabilities reduces application software development and maintenance costs. Software updates and bug fixes can be deployed with the same method and system. An interoperable array of adapters for reporting, billing, and format conversions is also described.

  • Publication number: 20040107283
Abstract: Embodiments of the invention enable users with communication devices to access profiles and perform matches on profiles aggregated from multiple independent computer systems regardless of communications device type or operating system and regardless of affiliate match server computer type, operating system or language. In addition, embodiments of the invention allow users to join groups based on static or dynamic physical location parameters and dial other users and send multi-media data without prior knowledge of a phone number.
