Abstract: A bottom pan seal system for sealing a space between a floor of a slide-out room and a floor of a main cabin of a recreational vehicle, the bottom pan seal system having a bottom pan seal having a first leg having an outboard end and an inboard end. A second leg extends perpendicularly from the first leg. A wiper seal extends perpendicularly from the first leg opposite the second leg adjacent the outboard end. A flap seal extending perpendicularly from the second leg. A wear bar can be attached to three inboard end. The inboard end can have a wiper seal extending perpendicularly from the first leg and parallel to the wiper seal adjacent to the outboard end.

Abstract: A slide seal for an RV to seal the space in between the corner of a slide-out room of the RV and a wall of the RV, the slide seal having a base to fasten to the wall, a flap seal extending from the base at one end, a bulb seal extending perpendicular to the base at an opposite end, a horn extending from the bulb seal, curving upwardly from the bulb seal and away from the flap seal, and a notch created through the flap seal and the base to create two sections of the base and flap seal so that the first section of the flap seal and base can be bent at approximately a 90 degree angle relative to the second section of the flap seal and base to fit into the corner space in between the slide-out room and the RV wall.

Abstract: A fender flare for attachment to a fender of a vehicle, the fender flare having a flap and a support system operatively connected to the flap to attach the flap to the fender. The support system has a trim having or being capable of adopting a U-shaped configuration. To improve connection to the fender, the support system can have a carrier embedded within the walls of the trim or protrusions projecting from the walls of the trim to facilitate a gripping action of the walls against the fender. Fasteners can also be used to facilitate securement of the support system to the fender. A thinned segment between the trim and the flap can be used to eliminate certain distortions in the fender flare and for efficient packaging. A seal projecting obliquely from the first wall at a top end of the first wall may be used to keep debris out.

Two flap seals may be used to attach to either side of the recreation vehicle wall. Abstract: A beading profile strip or trim strip comprises an extruded resilient member disposed about a metallic core formed into a U-shaped channel member having one or more sheet engaging structures for gripping the edge of a sheet or blade, such as a car door. The engaging structures comprise a downward angled leg having a foot attached thereto, and a downward angled stop adjacent to and above the leg, for frictional engagement of the sheet. The strip is easy to install, but difficult to remove.
