Abstract: A precision cleaning device for cleaning and clearing a glue-dispensing needle includes a base, a supporting unit disposed on the base, a moving unit movably connected to the supporting unit, a clearing needle connected to the moving unit and facing the supporting unit, and an adjusting unit connected to the moving unit. The adjusting unit adjusts a movement of the moving unit to drive the clearing needle to move towards the glue-dispensing needle on the supporting unit, allowing the clearing needle to pass through the glue-dispensing needle to completely clean and clear the glue-dispensing needle. The cleaning device also prolongs the service life of the glue-dispensing needle.

The circuit board includes a first surface, a second surface opposite to the first surface, a first sidewall, and a second sidewall opposite to the first sidewall. Each of the first sidewall and the second sidewall connects the first surface to the second surface. The lens assembly is disposed on the first surface. The first board is connected to the first sidewall. The first board is inclined or perpendicular to the first surface. The first board is disposed on a side of the lens assembly.

Abstract: A stripping device for rapid midpoint stripping of an outer cladding layer of a cable includes a handle, a cutter disposed on the handle, a pressing assembly, and a scraper assembly. The pressing assembly includes a first bracket and a pressing part. The first bracket is disposed on the handle. The pressing part is slidably arranged on the first bracket and opposite to the cutter. The scraper assembly includes a second bracket disposed on the handle and a scraper disposed on the second bracket. The stripping device has advantages of simple operation, high stripping efficiency, and good safety.

Abstract: A test fixture includes a base and an adjustable structure. The adjustable structure includes a limiting block, a locking block, and a fixing member. The limiting block is disposed on the base. The locking block is disposed on the base and abuts an edge of the limiting block to lock the limiting block in position. The fixing member is disposed on the limiting block to fix the limiting block on the base. When the locking block is moved from a first position to a second position, the locking block unlocks the limiting block, the fixing member is loosened, and the limiting block can rotate on the base. After the limiting block is rotated, the locking block is moved from the second position to the first position to lock the limiting block, and the fixing member is tightened to fix the limiting block on the base.

The clamping mechanism includes first and second clamping members each received in one of the receiving grooves and are adjustable in respect of working height above or flush with the carrying surface of the main body. The first clamping member is closer to the center axis with respect to the second clamping member. A cleaning device with the clamping device is also disclosed.

Abstract: A circuit board assembly in a camera module for blocking unwanted light when images are captured includes a circuit board, a sensor, and an optical blocking body connecting the circuit board and the sensor. The circuit board includes a base board and a photomask. The photomask is arranged on a surface of the base board, the base board includes conductive circuit layers and dielectric layers, the conductive circuit layers and the dielectric layers are alternately arranged, the sensor being electronically connected to the conductive layers. The optical blocking body, the photomask, and the dielectric layers block ambient light entering the camera module other than through the lens assembly of the camera module.

Abstract: A connecting assembly comprises a substrate, a layer of conductive adhesive with conductive particles, a connection board, and a light transmission component. The connection board and the light transmission component are both glued to the substrate by the layer of conductive adhesive therebetween, and an operator can observe the a degree of deformation of the conductive particles in the layer of conductive adhesive to determine whether a conductive connection between the light transmission component and the substrate is affected. The connecting assembly allows an operator to effectively observe conductivity of every product in a nondestructive manner. A camera module comprising the connecting assembly and an electronic device are also disclosed.

Abstract: An easily disassembled lens module in a terminal device includes a lens assembly, a circuit board, and a structural member. The circuit board includes a first portion, a second portion, and a third portion which are connected in sequence. The first portion is connected to the lens assembly, the second portion and the third portion protrude from the lens assembly. The structural member includes a connecting portion fixed on the third portion and at least one pulling portion protruding from the third portion. After installation in the terminal device, the lens assembly can be disassembled by using the at least one pulling portion to pull on the structural member so that the lens assembly can be disassembled without using tools and without causing damage.

Abstract: A floor-mounted security device able to test personnel for metal material carried in or at the bottom of their footwear includes an induction module, a pressure sensing module, and an automatic alarm module. The pressure sensing module senses weight and pressure of a person standing, and outputs a trigger signal to the induction module to trigger operation of the induction module. The induction module can detect the presence of a metal mass by the change in a magnetic field, and output a control signal accordingly. The automatic alarm module outputs an alarm when prompted by the control signal.

Abstract: An imaging device includes a substrate, a light emitting member, a light receiving member, a cover assembly, and a sealing member. The cover assembly includes a cover plate, a side plate, and a spacer. The side plate cooperates with the cover plate to define a groove, the substrate cooperates with the cover assembly to seal the groove. The spacer is connected to the cover plate and the side plate and separates the groove to form a first space and a second space. A first through hole and a second through hole are defined by the cover plate and respectively communicate with the first space. The light emitting member is received in the first space, the light receiving member is received in the second space. A slot is recessed inwardly from an end surface of the spacer facing away from the cover plate. The sealing member is filled in the slot.

Abstract: A camera assembly able to perform spectral imaging includes a flexible cable, a filter, a bearing block, and a lens module. The flexible cable is electrically connected to the filter. The bearing block includes intercommunicating first and second receiving grooves. The filter is in the first receiving groove and the lens module is in the second receiving groove. The filter and the bearing block are connected by elastic and shock-absorbent glue and the filter is of the MEMS-type and voltage-tunable to adjust the wavelengths of light permitted to go through to the light sensor, to as to achieve spectral imaging.

Abstract: A camera module comprises a supporting member for supporting a sensor chip to move relative to a lens for correcting camera shake, a plurality of bulges is provided between the supporting member and a bottom plate. The bulges provide a reduced resistance to sliding on the supporting member. An electronic device using the module is also disclosed.

Abstract: A method for managing storage of materials implemented in an electronic device to ensure that earliest-stored materials are removed from storage positions, first controls a scanning device to scan batch code and obtains batch information of the material when an inlet of the electronic device is required to receive the batch of material. A serial number of a storage position is associated with the batch information and a storage time of the batch of material in the storage position is recorded. The serial number of the storage position storing the batch of material according to the batch information is determined when a material-request is received and a transmission track is controlled to transfer the batches of material which having earliest recorded storage times one by one to the outlet, so as to release the batches of material from the storage position.

Abstract: A wiping device includes a rod, a spraying assembly, a base, and a translation module. The wiping paper is wound around the rod. The spraying assembly comprises a nozzle. The nozzle is arranged above the rod, and the nozzle is arranged towards the wiping paper. The base is used for fixing a workpiece. The translation module is coupled to the rod or the base. When the rod rotates around an axis of the rod, a wiping paper is wound around the rod. The nozzle could spray a cleaning agent to the wiping paper, then, the translation module could drive the rod and the base to move relatively, and the wiping paper wetted by the cleaning agent wipe the workpiece. The cleaning agent could wet the outermost layer of the wiping paper directly, so that the amount of the cleaning agent could be reduced.

Abstract: A simple and integrated imaging device for housing motor-switchable and laterally-moving filters between a camera-lens holder and an imaging chip comprises the switchable filters in a cavity and a switching mechanism, and a driving mechanism are also in the cavity. The imaging chip is carried by a flexible printed circuit board. The driving mechanism connected to the switching mechanism drives the switching mechanism to slide back and forth underneath the camera-lens holder, so that either the first or the second switchable filter covers a through hole allowing light to fall on the imaging chip. An electronic device including the imaging device is also disclosed.

The adjusting assembly controls the rotating member to rotate towards the base about a desired angle, thereby causing the second portion to be bent with respect to the first portion.

The heating mechanism is used to heat the spray head clamped by the clamping mechanism. The cleaning mechanism is used to inject cleaning liquid into the spray head, dredge the spray head, and detect the spray head. The adjusting mechanism is used to rotate and adjust a position of the cleaning mechanism to complete different tasks on the spray head.
