Abstract: A latent fingerprint applicator apparatus is defined by a sleeve or mitt that is sized to retain the entire hand of a user, the sleeve including a flexible conformable powder application surface that enabling the applicator to be wiped onto a surface of interest to apply powder in order to detect or otherwise identify the presence of latent fingerprints.
