  • Patent number: 4441714
Abstract: A poker-type table game which can be played by one or more persons. The game comprises a Keno-like enclosed bowl containing fifty-two balls each bearing the representation of a card in a conventional deck of playing cards. After the balls are mixed or shuffled in the bowl to assure randomness, a number of balls, corresponding to the number of cards dealt in a poker hand (e.g. six cards), are blown into a "unicorn" at the top of the bowl in consecutive order. The results of the hand are displayed on a game table. Prior to the initiation of the game, i.e. blowing the balls into the "unicorn", each player uses chips or the like, in attempting to guess, for example, if one or more of the cards has a value or "9" or better with Aces being high, or a value of "2" through "7" being low.

  • Patent number: 4364567
Abstract: A poker-Keno-type game which can be played by one or more persons. The game comprises a Keno-like "goose" containing fifty-two balls each bearing the representation of a card in a conventional deck of playing cards. After the balls are mixed or shuffled in the "goose" to assure randomness, a number of balls, corresponding to the number of cards dealt in a poker hand (e.g. five cards), are blown into "rabbit ears" in consecutive order. The results of the poker hand are displayed on at least one game board either in the form of a large board which can be hung so as to be seen in a large room or in the form of a table game. Prior to the initiation of the game, each player uses a slip, if the large board is used, or chips or the like, if a table game is used, in attempting to guess, for example, if one or more of the cards has a value of "9" or better with Aces being high, or a value of "2" through "7" being low.

  • Patent number: 3936039
Abstract: A load-levelling shock absorber unit including a guide piston and piston rod and a first surrounding ride control cylinder, one of which is adapted to be connected to a first sprung mass and the other of which is adapted to be connected to an unsprung mass; an oil reservoir cylinder surrounding the ride control cylinder; and an expansible lift cylinder. The ride control, oil reservoir and lift cylinders are all preferably concentrically arranged and are of the hydraulic type. The piston rod reciprocates within the ride control cylinder and, so long as the piston is centrally positioned within the first cylinder, a lagged control valve does not displace sufficiently to allow repositioning of the outer wall of the lift cylinder.
