Abstract: Provided herein is a drill for a dental implant, which includes a coupling part connected to a hand piece configured to provide a rotational force, a body part disposed below the coupling part and configured to transmit the rotational force downward, a cutting part including a plurality of cutting blades and a void section, the cutting blades disposed below the body part to cut an alveolar bone and form a hole therein and being spaced apart at a predetermined angle in a rotational direction, and the void section surrounded by the cutting blades along at least a portion of an inner circumference of the cutting blades, and a coolant passage configured to communicate with the void section by passing through the coupling part and the body part and configured to, while the alveolar bone is being cut, supply coolant to the void section so that the coolant is introduced to the cutting blades.

Abstract: Disclosed herein a surgical tool set for implant having an implantation driver for implanting a fixture. The implantation driver comprising: a first supporting portion disposed radially in an engagement portion that transmits implantation torque to the fixture; and at least one second supporting portion that is disposed radially in the engagement portion so as to be spacedly apart from the first supporting portion and is arranged asymmetrically with respect to a center point located on a central axis of the implantation driver. The second supporting portion has a larger size than the first supporting portion along at least one of an outer circumference direction and a radial direction of the engagement portion.

Abstract: Disclosed herein a fixture engagement structure which constitutes a dental implant assembly and engages with a fixture inserted into a jawbone. The fixture engagement structure comprises: a first engagement structure alignment portion that is placed radially in an engagement area portion engaging with the fixture; and at least one second engagement structure alignment portion that is placed radially in the engagement area portion so as to be separate from the first engagement structure alignment portion and is arranged asymmetrically with respect to a center point located on a central axis of the fixture engagement structure. The second engagement structure alignment portion has a larger size than the first engagement structure alignment portion, along at least one of an outer circumference direction and a radial direction of the engagement area portion.

Herein, implant set device for sinus membrane elevation includes an initial drill group for an alveolar bone including a multiplicity of initial drills for an alveolar bone, a dilatation drill group for an alveolar bone including a multiplicity of dilatation drills for an alveolar bone, a sinus drill group including a multiplicity of sinus drills, a final drill group including first final drills, and a receiver having a drill region where the drills can be received in a first direction with the effective length increasing in each drill group and the drills can be received in a second direction in which drills of each drill group belonging to the drill group for surgery are arranged in a surgical procedure of the sinus membrane elevation.

The fixture includes a first area portion including a plurality of first screw portions configured to correspond to a cortical bone during implantation in a bone tissue and have a first ridge portion and a first bottom portion which are formed to have a spiral shape and alternately disposed in a direction of a central axis, and a plurality of non-screw portions provided between adjacent first screw portions and including a continuous surface having a smaller radius at a terminal end of a first screw portion of one side than a radius of the first bottom portion with respect to the central axis, wherein the radius gradually increases toward a beginning end of a first screw portion of another side, and a second area portion positioned below the first area portion and configured to correspond to a cancellous bone of the bone tissue during the implantation in the bone tissue.
