Abstract: An augmented reality customer interaction system includes a transparent panel having a first side and a second side that is opposite to the first side, and a camera device configured to capture visual data from an area adjacent to the second side of the transparent panel. The visual data includes identifying features of a customer located in the area with respect to the second side of the transparent panel. The system further includes a projection system configured to project information on the first side of the transparent panel. The information projected on the first side of the transparent panel may include customer interaction data retrieved from a data store based on the identifying features of the customer.

Abstract: Disclosed are systems and methods that automate the process of analyzing interactive content data using artificial intelligence and natural language processing technology to generate subject matter identifiers and sentiment identifiers that characterize the interaction represented by the content data. The automated processing classifies, reduces, segments, and filters content data to accurately, automatically, and efficiently characterize the content data. The results of the analysis in turn allow for identification of system and service problems and the implementation of system enhancements.

Abstract: A system and method for allowing a user to manage transactions in an online credit card application. The system includes a back-end server operating the online application and including a processor for processing data and information, a communications interface communicatively coupled to the processor, and a memory device storing data and executable code. When the code is executed, the processor can link one or more external bank accounts to the online application, provide a list of transactions that were made using the credit card, enable a user to select one or more of the transactions in the list to be paid independent of the other transactions, and enable the user to pay the selected transactions using the one or more external bank accounts.

Abstract: A system for secure packet recordation in multisource virtual environments includes: a computing system having one or more processor and a network connection for operatively connecting the computing system to a modeling server providing a geometric model. The computing system, upon user navigation action directed to the first modeling server, accesses the first geometric model and causes display a three dimensional virtual environment based. An asset indicium representing a virtual asset of the user and a graphical representation of a secure packet are displayed. Upon a deposit request by the user, the first virtual asset is received into the secure packet. Upon user navigation directed away from the first modeling server, display of the three dimensional virtual environment is terminated, for example as a user explores another environment. In the absence of user attention, a content record is maintained including tabulation of at least the first virtual asset.

Abstract: A server programmed for adjusting a familiarity score associated with a merchant location based on a transaction history associated with the merchant location is disclosed herein. The familiarity score may indicate a likelihood of a customer being geographically familiar with the merchant location. The transaction history associated with the merchant location may include a history of financial transactions executed by the customer at the merchant location. A magnitude of an adjustment may be mediated by a machine-learning algorithm trained to adjust the familiarity score to at least raise or maintain a customer engagement score with a transaction map or reduce zoom level adjustments of the transaction map by the customer. The server may also be programmed to adjust the familiarity score based on location data for a mobile device.

Abstract: Disclosed are systems and methods that that automatically classify, filter, and reduce large volumes of hosted content data using artificial intelligence technology. The aggregated hosted content data is reduced by representing the hosted content data as sets of data polarity identifiers or data polarity values that correspond to one or more sequencing identifiers that are displayed on a graphical user interface. Hosted content data packets are segmented by labeling the hosted content data packets with a sequencing identifier. The hosted content data packets are processed utilizing neural network technology to classify the hosted content data according to a polarity identifier, polarity value, sentiment identifier, or one or more subject identifiers.

Abstract: Features described herein generally relate to automatically positioning insights in spatial locations of a graphical user interface page based on rules. Particularly, insights associated with transactions are received, spatial locations within a graphical user interface page that are designated for displaying insights are determined, a subset of spatial locations for positioning the insights are selected based on the insights and rules, and a graphical user interface with the insights spatially positioned at the subset of spatial locations is generated.

Abstract: Some examples described herein relate to automatically configuring an insight carousel of a graphical user interface based on templates. In one example, a system can receive templates and insights associated with transactions, populate fields within each template using information associated with the insights, and generate a graphical user interface including an image carousel having slides incorporating the populated templates.

Abstract: A system and method for determining user temperament. The system includes at least one processor, a communication interface communicatively coupled to the at least one processor, and a memory device storing executable code. The executable code causes the processor(s) to receive an incoming call from a user, receive audible language from the user, determine from the language properties such as: volume, content, inflection, and/or pitch, input the determined properties into an algorithm configured to rank temperament, and receive as output from the algorithm a ranking of the user's temperament. Additionally, the executable code may cause the processor to transfer the incoming call to a representative and relay the user's temperament ranking to the representative. The representative chosen for the user may be selected based on the user's temperament ranking. The system may furnish the representative with a script that correlates with the user's temperament ranking.

The systems and methods allow resource utilization to be managed effectively, efficiently, and in a secure fashion. The system can utilization artificial intelligence technology to enhance the accuracy and customization of resource utilization thresholds by properly classifying resource utilization demands and applying threshold limitations directed to particular classifications of resource utilizations.

Upon execution of the computer-readable instructions, the computing system causes a display, by at least one participant device to at least one real-time human participant, of a training session timetable in a three dimensional virtual reality environment, the training session timetable including an operable indicator associated at least with a particular training session. Upon virtual actuation of the operable indicator, the computing system causes a display, by the at least one participant device to the real-time human participant, of the particular training session in the three dimensional virtual reality environment.

Abstract: A system for generating a user interaction timeline for interactions that occur between a user of a bank and the bank or its representatives. The system provides an interaction source that stores information and data for each of the interactions over all banking channels and a source of data and information that identifies each of the banks users. The system also performs an application sessions process that groups the interactions that each user performs over a particular channel at a certain time frame into an interaction session having a time stamp for that time frame. The system further performs an application interaction process that aggregates all of the available data and information about each user and the data and information for each interaction by the user with the bank, and creates an interaction timeline for each user over all of the banking channels for a predetermined time.

Abstract: A context conversion system for geometric modeling is network connected to multiple modeling servers, each providing a respective geometric model. Portions of the geometric models are displayed as three dimensional virtual environments, which are navigable according to user navigation signals prompting movement of a user-representative object frame. Transitions among locations in multiple three dimensional virtual environments are displayed, the transitions selected by virtual use of a context conversion terminal by the object frame under user control. The object frame is displayed as overlaid with graphical accessories, which may be replaced, optionally automatically, when transitioning from t one three dimensional virtual environment to another. The object frame overlaid with graphical accessories make up a user-controlled and user-representative dynamic graphical indicium that navigates the content of multiple modeling servers with at least partial continuity by use of the conversion terminal.
