Abstract: A method for securing data assessing a probative value of document transfers. The identity of a recipient of a document is authenticated. The document is transmitted from a document sender to the recipient by processing the document processing. A probative value of the processing step is measured. The probative values of processing of the transmission are aggregated to provide a measure of the overall probative value of said document transmission. The overall probative value is associated with the transmission of the document. Also provided is a trusted third party network system for managing secure electronic correspondence which includes at least one application computer server handling a directory service for users of the system and a service for supplying the users with current correspondence accounts on the computer server.

Abstract: A method for signing a document to be transmitted between two correspondents, i.e. a sender and an addressee, including recording the sender and the addressee of the document for the allocation of a digital identity thereto; authorizing by the addressee a correspondence with the sender; ciphering the document; indicating to the addressee that the document is available; detecting an access to the document by the addressee; generating an electronic report indicating the delivery of the document, the document-delivery electronic report including a set of data associated with the transmission of the document to the addressee, the set including identification of elements concerning the addressee authentication, the sealing of the document, the access to the document by the addressee and the time-stamping of the access to the document by the addressee; and electronically signing, by a reliable third-party using the private key thereof, the document-delivery electronic report.

The archiving thereof is certified by a certification service provider and performed by an archive operator in an electronic safe box. The main steps of the processes for processing said correspondences are the subject of a report confirming the correct execution thereof, including the return of a certification token by the operator responsible for the step to the managers of the trust chain. In a variant, correspondences belonging to a document management series can only be sent if they meet management rules set for the series. In a privileged mode, functions of the electronic correspondence operators that do not necessarily have to meet user proximity requirements can be grouped together into shared service centers within which the communications are reduced without negatively affecting the reliability of the process.

Abstract: The method for archiving a document includes a step of encryption of the document with a symmetric key, a step of transmission of said encrypted document to an archiving operator, and a step of transmission of the symmetric encryption key of said document to an escrow operator distinct from the archiving operator. The method may also include a step of encrypting of the symmetric key with a key consisting of a dual key comprising asymmetric keys. Depending on whether it is applied to personal archiving or to document transmission, during the step of encryption with the asymmetric key, the asymmetric key is that of the user having transmitted said document or that of the recipient of the document.

Abstract: A system and method for the management of secure electronic correspondences. The system includes at least one directory, at least one domicile server, at least one processing operator and at least one certification operator. The correspondence sessions are opened by a strong authentication procedure comprising the routing of a secret code over a channel different from the session channel and an identifier specific to the current session. In addition, in order to allow the delivery of correspondence to be sent, it is necessary for the validity of the trust attributes of the sender, the recipients and those involved in the document processing chain be certified by the certification operator for the level required for delivery. The compliance of the processing operations with the operator's specifications is checked by sending, acknowledging and returning certification tokens specific to each of the processing steps.

Abstract: An information processing method that includes the steps of determining a primary document having at least one definition of at least one secondary document related to the primary document, and creating a secondary document, the content of which automatically depends on the content of the primary document. In some embodiments, the primary document is associated with a time interval, and outside the time interval, the partially automatic creation of a secondary document is not authorized. In some embodiments, the content of the primary document defines the rights for the creation of a secondary document, and the process of creating a secondary document includes the step of checking the rights defined for the secondary document by the content of the primary document, and if the rights are not granted, the partially automatic creation of a secondary document is not authorized.
