Abstract: A portable lamp, mainly includes a framework, reflecting seat, power box and positioning mechanism, where the reflecting seat is configured on the inner edge of one side of the framework, the power box is coupled pivotally inside the framework through the positioning mechanism and can be rotated relatively to the framework and positioned through the positioning mechanism, and the power box has a light emitting unit which can be rotated with the power box and illuminate toward the reflecting seat or in other directions, thereby allowing the present invention to form a lamp capable of the adjustment of an illumination direction.
