Abstract: The self-making bread method includes: weighing a certain amount of ingredients according to a bread recipe and placing them in a bread ingredient box; putting the bread ingredient box into the corresponding containing region of the top portion of the bread machine; using the jagged ring of the bottom portion of said containing region to open the thin film of the bottom portion of the bread ingredient box, so the ingredients will fall into the mixing container in the bread machine; controlling the water delivering mechanism inside the bread machine to deliver a certain amount of water into said mixing container; starting the mixing device inside the bread machine, which mixes the ingredients into an appropriate dough; turning off the mixing device; energizing the electric heating tube in the bread machine, to bake the dough inside the mixing container into bread.

Abstract: A handle of a detachable grilling pan has: a main body with a downward opening and a window, both disposed on the top side of the main body, a shaft, a “L” shaped hook and a spring. The main body is connected to the grilling pan by a fixing plate. The “L” shaped hook is hinged to the shaft, and the long straight free end of it extends out the window of the handle, and the short straight free end of it extends out the opening of the handle body and toward the grilling pan. The spring presses against the long straight end to make the free end of the short straight end hook the opening of the shell of the grill. When the long straight part of the hook is pressed, the hook rotates around the shaft and the grilling pan can be removed from the grill shell.

Abstract: A frying-roasting device comprises a bottom base, an oil storing plate, an electric heating frying-roasting plate and an upper cover. There are bosses extending backwards at two sides of a back end of the bottom base. R-shaped orbits are included that have openings from the bosses' back end that extend toward the bosses' front lower parts. Jointed shafts extend outward at a back end of two sides of the upper cover. The jointed shafts are inserted in the r-shaped orbits to form a hinging connection. There are two blocking walls that extend from a back end to an inside of each boss. The height of the two blocking walls is lower than openings of the r-shaped orbits. When the upper cover is opened, the back connecting member is blocked by the frying-roasting plate and the two blocking walls so that the upper cover remains sloped.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a grill pan, which comprises a main body, an electrothermal tube disposed on the lower surface of the main body; wherein the electrothermal tube comprises an normal-temperature area for grilling food and an high-temperature area for burning smoking materials to generate smokes; the normal-temperature area and the high-temperature area are connected integrative, and the two ends of the electrothermal tube have an adapter connected to exterior power supply; there is a smoking box for containing smoking materials disposed on the main body corresponding with the high-temperature area. The present invention achieves the functions of roasting and smoking by only one heating source. That can reduce the cost of production and is convenient for use.
