    Abstract: A composite binder includes an organic-inorganic hybrid polymer and a fluorinated binder uniformly mixed with each other. A repeating unit of the organic-inorganic hybrid polymer includes a silicon atom, a methacryloyloxy group, or an acryloyloxy group, and at least two alkoxy groups. The alkoxy groups and the methacryloyloxy group or the acryloyloxy group are respectively joined to the silicon atom. A method for making a cathode electrode and the cathode electrode are also disclosed.
