    Abstract: Device, systems and methods are provided to isolate aneurysms, particularly at bifurcations, while maintaining adequate blood flow through nearby vessels. These devices are deliverable to a desired target area and maintain position in a desired orientation so as to occlude flow in some aspect while allowing flow in others. In addition, devices, systems and methods are provided to occlude blood vessels, such as endoleaks, to improve the isolation of aneurysms.
