Abstract: The invention concerns a flexible tube (1) comprising a corrugated pipe (2) around which are mounted a pressure resistant braid (9) of tubular shape made of an adapted material as well as an outer tubular mechanical protection (13). The invention is characterized in that it comprises a tubular antifriction braid (6) arranged between the corrugated pipe and the pressure resistant braid, said antifriction braid being made of an adapted material whereof the hardness and/or the friction coefficient are lower than those of the material used for making the pressure resistant braid and at least one tubular damping layer (12) arranged between the pressure resistant braid and the outer mechanical protection.

Abstract: A sealing device for the sealed connection of two pipes placed end to end includes an upper component and a lower component. The upper component includes a frustoconical rib extending outward from a cylindrical end part and diverging upward into a first wall forming a return, an elastically deformable external skirt formed from a second wall connected to the frustoconical rib through the return, a circular groove defined between the rib and the skirt and formed by the first and second walls, and a retainer provided in a lower edge of the external skirt. The lower component is matable with the upper component and includes a third wall forming a frustoconical socket that flares upward, a fourth wall forming a frustoconical external skirt diverging downward, and a circular rib formed by merger of the third and fourth walls.
Abstract: A reinforced flexible pipe includes an impermeable hose and a reinforcement tube composed of an interlacement of flat rovings wound helically about the axis of the hose. Each flat roving is constructed of a plurality of filaments, such as wires. The interlacement of the coaxial reinforcement tube includes metal tapes helically wound about the axis of the hose and interlaced with the flat rovings.
