Contemplated breast supports include removable and insertable bra inserts, as well as breast supports that form a part of a bra. Breast supports can include padding and an internal support, each of which can be partially or completely enclosed in a cover material. The internal support can comprise a sheet of material including a multi-peaked upper edge, a rounded lower edge, and a mid-portion extending between the upper and lower edges.
