Abstract: Embodiments described herein provide enhanced computer- and network-based methods, techniques, and systems for incorporating indoor and outdoor location technology to automatically discover, track, and publish ad-hoc engagement opportunities for computer-aided facilitation of dynamic connections between end-users and different levels of engagement in a dynamic venue setting.
