Abstract: A bird feeder is constructed of two tubular containers attached end-to-end by a coupler threaded at opposite ends. A feed flow mechanism extends through the coupler and into both containers. Feed gravitationally flowing through the feed flow mechanism accumulates in a feed trough at the base of the lower tubular container. The amount of feed accumulating in the trough is controlled by the feed flow mechanism.
