Abstract: A fixing device adapted to fix a flexible flat piece comprises a support platform adapted to support the flexible flat piece and a fixture adapted to clamp the flexible flat piece onto the support platform. The support platform includes a vacuum chamber formed therein having multiple vacuum suction holes formed in the top wall of the vacuum chamber. The vacuum suction holes are adapted to secure the flexible flat piece on the top surface of the support platform to prevent the flexible flat piece from being moved as it is clamped by the fixture.

Abstract: A contactor movable terminal assembly includes a movable terminal, a driving shaft movably connected to the movable terminal, a main elastic member axially compressed between a bottom of the movable terminal and the driving shaft to provide a main contact pressure to the movable terminal, and an auxiliary elastic member disposed between the movable terminal and the driving shaft. The driving shaft drives the movable terminal from an opened position electrically separated from a static terminal to a closed position electrically in contact with the static terminal. The auxiliary elastic member is axially compressed between the bottom of the movable terminal and the driving shaft to provide an auxiliary contact pressure to the movable terminal when the movable terminal is in the closed position. The auxiliary elastic member is not axially compressed when the movable terminal is in the opened position.

Abstract: A method for welding a workpiece with a vision guided welding platform. The welding platform comprises a welding tool, and a camera for guiding the movement of the welding tool from a start point to an end point. The method includes the steps of adjusting a focal length of the camera such that a focal plane of the camera is located on a surface of the workpiece and obtaining a surface image of the workpiece. The method further includes the steps of determining a current focal length of the camera, determining a corrected pixel length of a pixel in the surface image and determining the number of pixels between the start point and the end point of each movement of the welding tool. Using the corrected pixel length, a distance between the start and end points is determined and the welding tool is guided to move therebetween.

Abstract: A connector for plugging into a bus bar comprises a housing with a first side wall, a second side wall, and a connecting channel between the first side wall and the second side wall. A plurality of power terminals each having an electrical connection part are provided inside the connecting channel and are adapted to electrically connect with the bus bar. A plurality of grounding terminals are each disposed on the first side wall and the second side wall outside the connecting channel respectively. Each of the grounding terminals have an elastic first finger. An auxiliary support member is provided and supports the first finger.

The chamber defines an opening that opens toward the upper casing. The connector assembly can have: a first connector having a first housing on which a first latch device is formed; and a second connector having a second housing on which a first latch slot and a padlock hole are formed. When the first connector and the second connector are assembled to a pre lock position, the first latch device is locked into the first latch slot and blocked by a padlock locked into the padlock hole to prevent the first connector and the second connector from being further assembled to a final lock position. Therefore, the present invention can reliably prevent the first connector and the second connector from being accidentally matched together and improve the safety.
