Abstract: A terminal and a central electrical box are disclosed. The terminal is used to be mounted on a circuit board. The terminal comprises: a first termination part; a second termination part; and a bending part connected between the first termination part and the second termination part. The bending part is bent by a predetermined angle relative to the first termination part and the second termination part, so that the first termination part and the second termination part are staggered by a predetermined distance along a direction transverse to a direction of inserting the terminal to the circuit board. When the terminal is mounted on the circuit board, one of the first termination part and the second termination part passes through the circuit board. In the present invention, the terminal passes through the circuit board, so that two electronic devices located on both sides of the circuit board can be directly electrically connected through the terminal.

Abstract: A product inspection system includes an image acquisition system having a camera generating an inspection image of a product arranged between a plurality of mirrors. The inspection image has a plurality of sub images of different sides of the product. The inspection system has a calibration member with a plurality of correction patterns on different sides; the camera receives light from the calibration member reflected by the mirrors to generate a calibration image of the calibration member. A computer of the product inspection system receives the inspection image and the calibration image and determines a relative mirror position relationship between the mirrors. The computer forms a single spliced image of the product.

Abstract: A locking device adapted to lock a shell to an installation body includes a thread connection member extending through a connecting hole in the shell and engaging a threaded hole in the installation body, a sealing ring sleeved on the thread connection member and adapted to be pressed on an installation surface of the shell to seal the connecting hole of the shell, and a gasket sleeved on the thread connection member and adapted to be pressed between the thread connection member and the sealing ring to prevent the thread connection member from being loosened. The gasket has a pair of stopping arms. An angle defined between the stopping arms is greater than 0 degrees and less than 180 degrees. A pair of top ends of the stopping arms are adapted to simultaneously abut against an outer wall of the shell to prevent the gasket from rotating with the thread connection member.

Abstract: A flexible flat cable manufacturing system comprises a tape conveying device conveying an adhesive tape along a first direction, and a wire conveying device conveying a row of wires along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction and parallel to a width direction of the conveyed adhesive tape. A wire pressing device presses and pastes the part of the row of wires facing the adhesive tape onto the adhesive tape. A wire cutting device cuts the row of wires to obtain a row of wire segments pasted on the adhesive tape and separated from the row of wires and produces a flexible flat cable including the adhesive tape and the wire segments pasted on the adhesive tape.

Abstract: A connection terminal and a connector are disclosed. The connection terminal has a terminal body, at least part of which is installed in a housing of a connector; and a first connection part arranged at one end of the terminal body and extending outside the housing to electrically connect with a bus bar. The first connection part has a plurality of side surfaces, and any one of the adjacent two side surfaces is selectively formed to match and connect with a surface of a connection end of the bus bar. In the present invention, the installation orientation of the connector can be any one of four or more different directions, which expands the application range of the connector.

Abstract: A connector for electrically connecting to a conductor comprises a pair of conductive terminals, each including a U-shaped fixing portion and an elastic contact arm extending from the U-shaped fixing portion. The connector further includes a pair of pressing members, each having a U-shaped holding portion and an elastic support arm extending from the U-shaped holding portion. Each of the pressing members is fit within the U-shaped fixing portion of the respective conductive terminal by the U-shaped holding portion, and at least a portion of the elastic support arm is abutted against the elastic contact arm.

Abstract: A cable detection system for detecting an end of a cable having a plurality of exposed different sections includes an illumination device and a camera. The illumination device emits an illuminating light to the end of the cable. The illumination device simultaneously emits a parallel light and a diffuse light to the end of the cable. The camera captures an image of the end of the cable. The parallel light sharpens a boundary between the different sections of the cable in the image, and the diffuse light clarifies a surface of the different sections in the image.

Abstract: A connector and a connector assembly are disclosed. The connector has a housing adapted to be inserted into a mating housing of a mating connector; an elastic latch provided on an outer wall of the housing and having a locking part for locking the mating housing and an unlocking part for unlocking the locking part; and a connection position safety mounted on the outer wall of the housing and adapted to be moved between a safety position to prevent the elastic latch from being unlocked and a pre locking position to allow the elastic latch to be unlocked. When the locking part is locked to the mating housing and the connection position safety is in the pre locking position, the unlocking part is hidden inside the connection position safety, so that human finger cannot contact the unlocking part. Therefore, the present invention can effectively prevent the elastic latch from being accidentally unlocked and improve the use safety of the connector.

The positioning assembly positions the housing of the cable connector. The displacement sensor is connected to the sensing element and senses a displacement of the sensing element.

Abstract: A sealing installation device for hermetically mounting a housing to a panel includes an elastic sealing washer and a connection member. The elastic sealing washer is disposed between a base of the housing and the panel and seals a mating interface between the base and the panel. The elastic sealing washer has a through slot into which a protrusion formed on a bottom surface of the base is inserted. A thickness of the elastic sealing washer is greater than a height of the protrusion. The connection member connects the base of the housing, the elastic sealing washer, and the panel together. A difference between the thickness of the elastic sealing washer and the height of the protrusion is a predetermined value equal to a compression amount of the elastic sealing washer after the housing is installed on the panel.

One end of the electrical connection structure is exposed from the frame body to electrically connect with a lead of a temperature sensor. The lead frame is arranged in non-electrical contact with at least one signal terminal of the charging socket. Therefore, the structure of the lead frame can be simplified and the manufacturing difficulty and cost can be reduced.
