Abstract: The present invention discloses a charging socket lead frame assembly and a charging socket. The charging socket lead frame assembly has a lead frame which has a frame body and an electrical connection structure arranged in the frame body. The lead frame is adapted to be installed in a cavity of a charging socket, and a plurality of terminals of the charging socket are adapted to pass through the frame body. One end of the electrical connection structure is exposed from the frame body to electrically connect with a lead of a temperature sensor. The lead frame is arranged in non-electrical contact with at least one signal terminal of the charging socket. Therefore, the structure of the lead frame can be simplified and the manufacturing difficulty and cost can be reduced.

Abstract: A test apparatus for testing a cable assembly includes a first air tightness tester, a second air tightness tester and an electrical tester. A first test device is operably connected to the first air tightness tester and the electrical tester, and a second test device is operably connected to the second air tightness tester and the electrical tester. With a first cable connector and a second cable connector of a cable installed on a respective one of the first test device and the second test device, an air tightness test and an electrical test are performed on the first cable connector and the second cable connector simultaneously.

Abstract: A connector and a connector assembly are disclosed. The connector assembly can have: a first connector having a first housing on which a first latch device is formed; and a second connector having a second housing on which a first snap slot and a padlock hole are formed. When the first connector and the second connector are assembled to a pre lock position, the first latch device is locked into the first snap slot and blocked by a padlock locked into the padlock hole to prevent the first connector and the second connector from being further assembled to a final lock position. Therefore, the present invention can reliably prevent the first connector and the second connector from being accidentally matched together and improve the safety.

Abstract: An electroplating device for electroplating an alloy comprising a plurality of metals on a workpiece includes an electroplating bath, a plurality of groups of anodes, and a power supply device. The electroplating bath contains an electroplating solution in which the workpiece as a cathode is at least partially immersed. Each of the plurality of groups of anodes provides at least one metal required for electroplating. An electrolytic potential of at least one metal of each group of anodes is distinct from that of at least one metal of any other group of anodes. The power supply device adjusts the proportion of current transmitted to each group of anodes according to the proportion of the metals in the alloy.

Abstract: An electroplating device includes an electroplating bath containing an electroplating solution into which a workpiece to be electroplated as a cathode is at least partially immersed, a first anode provided in the electroplating bath, and a liquid spraying device. The liquid spraying device includes a main body part having at least one inlet for conveying the electroplating solution into the main body part, and a plurality of nozzles installed on the main body part. At least part of the nozzles are positioned such that a flow direction of the electroplating solution ejected from the nozzle is substantially parallel to a direction of a power line formed by the first anode and the cathode.

Abstract: The application relates to a connector housing, a connector housing assembly and a connector assembly. The connector housing has a housing body and a shroud. The housing body encloses an accommodating cavity. The shroud is disposed around and connected to the housing body. A gap is formed between the shroud and the housing body to form a slot. The connector housing is further provided with one of a lug or a sliding groove. The lug or the sliding groove is positioned in the slot. According to the connector housing assembly and the connector assembly in the application, the lugs are matched with the sliding grooves to guide the first connector housing and the second connector housing during plug-in connection, so as to avoid failure of installation in place due to relative deflection of them.
