Abstract: An electrical contactor system includes a stationary contactor having a stationary contact, a moving contactor having a moving contact, a rotating member, a magnetic blow-out arc quenching device including a permanent magnet, and an isolation arc quenching device. The moving contactor is mounted on the rotating member and is rotatable between a connected position and a disconnected position. The moving contact is in electrical contact with the stationary contact when the moving contactor is rotated to the connected position, the moving contact is separated from the stationary contact when the moving contactor is rotated to the disconnected position. The permanent magnet is statically disposed in a vicinity of the stationary contactor for elongating an arc between the stationary contact and the moving contact by an electromagnetic force so as to extinguish the arc. The isolation arc quenching device pushes the arc toward the permanent magnet so as to force the arc to move to a vicinity of the permanent magnet.

Abstract: A reflow melting system for reflow melting a metal coating on an electrical contact area of a terminal includes a laser head for emitting a laser light onto the metal coating on the terminal to heat and melt the metal coating. A remote control terminal is provided in communication with the laser head for adjusting at least one working parameter of the laser head for optimizing the melting effect of the metal coating.

The laser soldering system has a moving system, a gripper mounted on the moving system, a presser mounted on the moving system and having a transparent member, and a laser. The gripper grips an object and places the object at a target location on a product to be soldered. The transparent member presses the object against the product. The laser emits a laser beam through the transparent member to solder the object to the target location while the object is pressed against the product.
