Abstract: A contactor comprises an insulation outer housing, a pair of static terminals, a movable terminal, a first magnetic conductor, a static bracket, a second magnetic conductor and an elastic member. The pair of static terminals are arranged in the insulation outer housing and are stationary relative to the insulation outer housing. The movable terminal is also arranged in the insulation outer housing and is movable between a closed position in contact with the static terminal and an opened position separated from the static terminal. The first magnetic conductor is fixed to the movable terminal to move synchronously with the movable terminal. The static bracket is arranged within the insulation outer housing and is stationary relative to the insulation outer housing. The second magnetic conductor is floatably supported in the static bracket by the elastic member.

Abstract: A connector module includes an insulator formed with a terminal slot for accommodating a terminal and a tool insertion port in communication with the terminal slot. A terminal locking member of the connector is installed on the insulator and movable between a pre locking position separated from the terminal and a final locking position engaged with the terminal. When the terminal locking member is in the pre locking position, the tool insertion port is not blocked by the terminal locking member to allow an operating tool to be inserted into the terminal slot through the tool insertion port to drive a locking spring of the terminal to an unlocking position separated from the insulator. With the terminal locking member in the final locking position, the tool insertion port is blocked by the terminal locking member to prevent the operating tool from being inserted into the terminal slot through the tool insertion port.

Abstract: A connector assembly comprises a connector and a temperature sensor. The connector includes a connector housing formed with a sensor slot, and a conductive terminal arranged in the connector housing. The temperature sensor is inserted into the sensor slot and is adapted to detect a temperature of the conductive terminal in the connector. The sensor includes a shell having a first sidewall in thermal contact with the conductive terminal, and a second sidewall opposite to the first sidewall. The second sidewall defines an interference fit portion extending from an outer surface thereof. The interference fit portion forms an interference fit with an inner wall of the sensor slot. A remaining portion of the second sidewall except for the interference fit portion is separated from the inner wall of the sensor slot by a predetermined gap. The sensor further includes a temperature sensing element arranged in the shell.
