    Abstract: A method includes receiving an input identifying a target audience segment (e.g., reflecting a behavior, perspective, or opinion an advertiser would like to influence/increase). The method further includes identifying a first attribute measured by a measurement system, where the first attribute is determined to correlate to users tracked by the measurement system and that belong to the target audience segment, which reflects the behavior that the advertiser wants to influence/increase. The method further includes identifying a second attribute that corresponds to the first attribute, where a messaging action directed to the first attribute, the second attribute, or a combination thereof is available at one or more digital networks. The digital networks may require payment for message delivery or may allow such messaging for free. The method further includes initiating the messaging action aimed at driving behavior directed to the first attribute, the second attribute, or a combination thereof.
