  • Patent number: 12511222
Abstract: A Service Level Objective (SLO)-based Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CICD) framework is disclosed, which enables SLO-based Canary deployments, SLO-based chaos engineering, and/or SLO-based performance testing. The SLO-based CICD framework enhances and simplifies CICD pipelines and brings the pipelines in line with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) best practices. By relying on SLOs rather than SLIs, the SLO-based CICD framework avoids the use of threshold-based alerts, which can be noisy and error prone, and the thresholds associated with threshold-based alerts can change over time due to changes in production volume. The SLO-based CICD framework uses multi-window burn rates when evaluating SLOs, which removes the reliance on a static, predefined thresholds of SLI threshold-based alerting, and removes sensitivity of such evaluations to changes in production volume.

  • Patent number: 12423403
Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure are directed to systems and methods for preventing spam communications. Implementations can implement an access control list that a communicator (e.g., a user device sending a text message, making a phone call, etc.) must be on in order to complete the communication with a recipient. If they are not on the access control list, the communicator can be prevented from sending the communication to the recipient, redirected to a registration process, or the communication can be tagged with an unverified status flag. In some implementations, the access control list can include a recipient's contacts, contacts of the recipient's contacts, authenticated entities (e.g., users and/or companies), previously verified entities, etc. In some implementations, a recipient can give out a temporary extension that a communicator can enter to complete communications with the recipient for a certain amount of time or for a certain number of uses.

  • Patent number: 12400025
Abstract: The embodiments described herein relate to systems and methods for managing or providing privacy in metaverses and/or to providing protection of a user within metaverses. In certain embodiments, a metaverse user privacy system may be used to prevent or discourage user data or private information from being compromised. Such limitations or prohibitions may be applied or enforced based on various factors, such as privacy or security settings specified by a user. In further aspects, the presently described techniques may facilitate protecting a user from known or suspected “bad” actors or from entering portions of the metaverse presenting risks to the user. Similarly, in further aspects the presently described techniques may be implemented as configurable parental controls, allowing a parent or guardian to configure or specify the types on interactions and risks a child may be exposed to in metaverses.

  • Patent number: 12400379
Abstract: Systems and methods provide for charting of efficient charting of bivariate pair plots by coarsening data. Coarsening data includes assigning data entries to groups according to ranges of variable values. The number of entries in a group can be represented with an indicator. Anomalous data can be identified using a multivariate-normal probability density function.

  • Patent number: 12394300
Abstract: A location-based safety alert system can gather data describing potential health- and safety-related issues at various geographic locations (e.g., crime statistics, disease spread rates, weather reports, and travel advisories). The location-based safety alert system can develop models that characterize how dangerous a location is based on the data describing it. The location-based safety alert system can apply the model, as circumstances at a location change, to compute danger scores that reflect how dangerous the location is at that time. Using the danger scores, the location-based safety alert system can alert users of dangers present in areas of interest to them (e.g., where they will be traveling to soon, where they have family members living, or where they are presently located). The alerts can notify users of the risk present at a geographic location as well as advise them of services and resources available to mitigate the risk.

  • Patent number: 12315093
Abstract: Disclosed herein is an environmental scanning tool that generates a digital model representing the surroundings of a user of an extended reality head-mounted display device. The environment is imaged in both a depth map and in visible light for some select objects of interest. The selected objects exist within the digital model at higher fidelity and resolution than the remaining portions of the model in order to manage the storage size of the digital model. In some cases, the objects of interest are selected, or their higher fidelity scans are directed, by a remote user. The digital model further includes time stamped updates of the environment such that users can view a state of the environment according to various timestamps.

  • Patent number: 12243029
Abstract: A computing system acquires a plurality of gig-income models for a plurality of gig-workers, and each of the plurality of gig-income models includes a corresponding expected income for a respective gig-worker of the plurality of gig-workers over a period of time. The computing system identifies groups of gig-workers to join an income float pool based on the gig-income models of the gig-workers. The computing system transfers funds into or out from an account associated with a gig-worker in the income float pool in response to detecting, from one or more data sources, a difference between an actual income and an expected income of the gig-worker during an additional period of time. Thus, the gig-worker receives a relatively stable income.

  • Patent number: 12223552
Abstract: Implementations ingest records across multiple accounts hosted by different service providers and augment the records with metadata. For example, ingesting can include processing the records to identify transactions in the records and to discover additional aspects of the transactions. In some implementations, metadata can be used to augment the identified transactions in the records, where metadata can include a category, a digital receipt, a user tag such as a geotag, and other suitable metadata. The ingesting and augmenting the records can populate a coordination data structure with identified transactions and their associated data elements. These identified transactions can then be queried and a result set of transactions that span the different user accounts can be returned. In some implementations, the transactions can be queried using the augmented metadata, or other suitable pieces of information for the transactions.

  • Patent number: 11366644
Abstract: Systems and methods for analyzing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) code are provided. A robotic process automation (RPA) file is received by the RPA analysis and review system. The RPA analysis and review system uses a code review configuration which defines coding standards for the RPA files code. RPA data within the RPA file is parsed and received for compliance with coding standards and restructured for rendering in a code-review graphical user interface (GUI). A code-review GUI with the restructured RPA data is then rendered, along with information that includes whether the RPA code was in compliance with the coding standards.
