Abstract: A clip assembly allows users to adjust the position at which the clip is mounted, allows for variance in mounting positions and styles, provides adjustability to allow a varying width of belts or webbing, and has cloth gripping abilities. The clip assembly can include a wire clip that is adjustably attached to a mounting base. The wire clip can, for example, be mounted facing upward, relative to the mounting base, downward, relative to the mounting base, or may adjustably slide to a desired position relative to the mounting base. A spacer may be provided that can adjust a size of an opening of the wire clip. The spacer may also provide a fabric catch member for helping keep the clip assembly in a desired position.

When the device is attached to or integrated into a firearm magazine baseplate, it allows the attachment of a firearm magazine to an article of clothing, pocket, bag, or other places where it is desired to secure a firearm magazine, without the aid of a carrier, pouch, or other devices. The base can include a removable central portion that can be repositioned to permit the clip to be disposed on either side of the firearm magazine.

Abstract: A modular linking system allows bags, pouches, and other items to be connected together quickly and securely while providing the ability to remotely disconnect the two items. The modular linking system includes a post assembly and a receiver assembly, each of which includes a geared component to permit variously angled, non-rotational engagement therebetween. The receiver assembly includes a locking member that is resiliently moveable to an unlocked position to permit disengagement between the post assembly and the receiver assembly. The locking member includes two arms that are positioned in a slide lockup channel of the post assembly in the locked configuration, where the arms move out of engagement with the slide lockup channel in the unlocked configuration.
