    Abstract: A system for repelling all types of insects, including flying insects and tiny insects, including a screen with openings having two conducting elements separated by an insulating medium, and a power source connected to the conducting elements, wherein the two conducting elements produce a low-voltage differential across openings in the screen, such that insects attempting to penetrate the openings are subjected to non-lethal electrical shock caused by a bridging of the low-voltage differential.
