A fabric web includes a top edge with a curved portion to create an open frontal area and leg apertures. The curved portions prevent the scrotum from contacting the thighs, thus reducing chafing. The undergarment incorporates a first and a second gusset web, providing additional frontal volume for unconstrained male genitalia. An elastic waistband and two fitted leg hems ensure a secure fit without restricting movement. Furthermore, a sizing undergarment can be used having adjustable straps, including waist, leg, and thigh adjustment straps, allowing for a customizable fit for various body sizes and shapes.
