Abstract: An adjustable headset headband including a resilient band of a shape and size to fit over the head of a wearer. The band has a first end and a second end and a positioning member fixedly attached adjacent the first end. The headband also includes a housing having a first end and a second end. The positioning member is movably mounted within the housing such that the second end of the housing is oriented nearest the second end of the band. The housing includes a plurality of depressions linearly arranged within the housing from the first end of the housing to the second end of the housing, each depression of the plurality of depressions having a shallower depth than the preceeding depression. The positioning member releasably engages one of the plurality of depressions so as to maintain the positioning member at a predetermined portion within the housing.

Abstract: A connecting device for connecting a source of hydraulic medium with a consumer of a hydraulic medium, such as a hydraulic tool has a first connecting element to be connected with a consumer and having a passage, a first valve member in the passage, and a spring-biased locking member, and a second connecting element to be connected with a source and having a passage, and a second valve member in the passage and cooperating with the first valve member to form a valve upon assembly of the connecting device. The connecting elements are coupled by a first coupling member turnable on the first connecting element between locked an unlocked positions and a second coupling member turnably supported on the second connecting element and screwable with the first coupling member.

Abstract: A swivel connector for supplying a fluid, comprises a first member having an axis and a cylindrical surface, the first member being provided with two separate first passages which open at the outer cylindrical surface at two axially spaced locations, and a second member having an inner cylindrical surface which defines an opening for receiving the outer cylindrical surface of the first member so that the members are swivelable relative to one another, the second member being provided with two second passages which are separate from one another and open at the inner cylindrical surface at two axially spaced locatyions substantially corresponding to the first mentioned axially spaced locations, and two circular grooves provided in at least one of the surfaces and each communicating one of the first passages with a respective one of the second passages.

Abstract: A ratchet drive comprises a support in which the trunnions of a ratchet gear are mounted. A pair of transversely spaced drive plates are also mounted on the support for tilting movement about the axis of the ratchet gear between an active stroke and a return stroke so that front ends of a pair of drive pawls connected to the drive plates engage, during each active stroke of the latter, adjacent teeth of the ratchet gear to turn the latter through a predetermined angle during each active stroke.

Abstract: A ratchet drive comprises a support on which a ratchet gear is mounted turnably about a first pivot axis. A lever is mounted on the support tiltable about a second pivot axis spaced from and parallel to the first pivot axis between a forward stroke and a return stroke. A pair of drive pawls are mounted at one of the ends thereof on the lever tiltable about axes located spaced from and respectively to opposite sides of the second pivot axis and engaging with the other end thereof the ratchet gear, so that when the lever is moved along its forward stroke, one of the drive pawls will engage a tooth of the ratchet gear to turn the latter in one direction while the other pawl moves rearwardly over a tooth and so that during the return stroke the other pawl engages a tooth of the ratchet gear to turn the latter in the same direction while the one pawl moves rearwardly over a tooth.

Abstract: A hydraulic wrench has a support, and a drive assembly which is mounted thereon and which includes a shaft that is turnable, a pair of sector drive plates which are mounted on the shaft turnable relative to the same and spaced from one another, each drive plate having an arcuate edge face formed with a plurality of slots that are spaced about the axis of the shaft and extend substantially parallel to this axis, and a square drive member which is turnable with the shaft and can be inserted into a mating drive socket. A transmission arrangement transmits motion from the sector drive plates to the shaft in order to turn the latter when the sector drive plates are turned.
