  • Publication number: 20170119208
Abstract: A bakeware device includes bakeware having an oil discharge channel and a first pivotal portion pivotably connected to a second pivotal portion of a base having an oil pan. A positioning block is slideably mounted in the first pivotal portion and includes a tooth disengageably engages with at least one toothed section of the second pivotal portion. The tooth includes an inclined guiding face and a stop face opposite to the inclined guiding face. A spring biases the tooth to engage with the at least one toothed section of the second pivotal portion. A button is mounted to the second pivotal portion and includes an operative portion and a pressing portion protruding from the operative portion and abutting the positioning block. When the operative portion of the button is pressed, the tooth of the positioning block disengages from the at least one toothed section of the second pivotal portion.

  • Patent number: 9211029
Abstract: An electric grill pan device includes a heating pan detachably mounted above a base. A socket is mounted in the base and includes a seat and an upper cover. A compartment is defined between the upper cover and the seat. The upper cover includes a plurality of insertion holes aligned with terminals on the seat. The upper cover further includes a notch aligned with an abutment peg on the heating pan. A shield is pivotably mounted in the compartment and includes a guiding portion aligned with the abutment peg. The shield is biased to a position covering the insertion holes. When the heating pan is mounted to the base, the abutment peg presses against the guiding portion and pivots the shield to another position not covering the insertion holes, and conductive ends of a heating element on the heating pan is in electrical contact with the terminals.

  • Patent number: 9089238
Abstract: A soup maker includes a container mounted to an annular seat receiving a heat conducting pan that receives food to be cut by a cutter coupled with a transmission shaft driven by a motor. A heating pan abuts a bottom of the thermally conducting pan and is connected to a heating tube electrically connected to a power supply terminal. A temperature sensor abuts the heating pan. A base includes a coupling portion having a terminal hole and a sensor hole. A positioning plate presses against a positioning switch on the coupling portion when the annular seat couples with the coupling portion, with the power supply terminal and a coupling section of the temperature sensor respectively extending into the terminal hole and the sensor hole for electrical connection with the control circuit board, allowing the control circuit board to control the motor and the heating tube.

  • Patent number: 7252035
Abstract: A coffee maker includes a housing and a brewing assembly. Pushing a handle leftward moves projections along slides in a direction for rising a cylindrical member until being stopped. A funnel-shaped member with a coffee bag placed therein can be slid along the rails toward the housing until being stopped. Pushing the handle rightward moves the projections in an opposite direction for lowering the cylindrical member until being stopped. The coffee bag is pressed by a clamping member and the funnel-shaped member. The coffee maker will supply hot water to an inflow opening such that hot water may then fall through a recess, a mesh element, and a cavity to pass through the coffee bag and proceeds to form coffee extract. The coffee extract may pass an outflow opening and a filter prior to flowing out of the coffee maker.
