Abstract: An improved steamer for heating food includes a base with a heating unit and a controlling switch, a plurality of pot units, a plurality of racks, and a lid. The pot units seat on top of the base, and the racks are placed on a bottom of each pot unit. Several steam ducts are arranged on ends of the pot units, and an opening is defined in the steam ducts. A cover is put on the opening. The lid is placed onto the upper pot unit. When the steamer with food is heated, the steam from the heating unit is introduced into the pot units from the openings of the steam ducts to heat the food. Each pot unit is isolated, and the steam introduced will not mix, and odors from the pot units will not interfere with other pot units.

Abstract: The present invention provides a power shutdown apparatus for preventing overheating of a hot beverage machine, comprising a tubular section protruding upward from a bottom of a water tank of the beverage machine and penetrating in top-down manner, a floating pipe inside the tubular section, a magnet within the floating pipe, a limiter attached to an upper opening of the tubular section without covering the tubular section to allow water to be poured in; a sensor at the bottom portion of the tank and adjacent to a sinking portion of the floating pipe; and wherein the floating pipe inside the tubular section sinks correspondingly with a lower water level of the water in the tank to drive the magnet inside the floating pipe to activate the sensor on one side thereof such that power of the heating device of the tank is shut down to prevent overheating of the machine.

Abstract: A sheet assembly for a cabinet includes sheets having a plurality of horizontal sheets and a plurality of vertical sheets. Each horizontal sheet includes a first insertion/coupling section. Each vertical sheet includes a second insertion/coupling section engaging one of the first insertion/coupling sections. One of a pair of the first and second insertion/coupling sections includes an insertion groove. The other of the pair of the first and second insertion/coupling sections includes a buckling slot. The sheet assembly includes a plurality of buckle devices each having a fixed seat, a lever, and a buckle. The fixed seat is fixed to one of the first and second insertion/coupling sections having the insertion groove.

Abstract: A grill moving mechanism for an oven is provided. The grill moving mechanism is disposed on an inner side of the oven and has a rear end provided with a push rod. The push rod has an active portion configured for driving a grill and connected with at least one resilient clamp. The grill, when put into the oven, can be securely clamped by one of the at least one clamp such that, once the door is pulled outward or shut, the grill is moved outward or inward synchronously with the door in a linked manner. The grill moving mechanism thus has a significant positioning effect on the grill.

Abstract: A milk froth machine includes a base and a top cover. A heating element is electrically connected to a controller mounted in the base. First and second electric connectors are respectively mounted to the base and top cover and electrically connected to the controller. The first and second electric connectors are coupled together when an agitator on the top cover is aligned with a supporting top face of the base. A motor is mounted in the top cover and electrically connected to the second electric connector. A container can be placed on the supporting top face with the agitator extending into the container and with the first and second electric connectors electrically coupled together. The controller controls the motor to drive the agitator to agitate milk in the container to form milk froth or controls the heating element to heat the milk.

Abstract: An electric grill includes a base having a compartment in an upper side thereof. A control device is mounted to the base and includes a first electrical coupling mechanism adapted to be electrically connected to an external power source by a power cable. A grill plate is mounted above the compartment of the base and removable from the base. An electric heating device is mounted to the grill plate. The electric heating device includes an electric heating tube and a second electrical coupling mechanism electrically connected to the electric heating tube. The electric heating tube is non-conductive when the grill plate is removed from the base. When the grill plate is mounted on the base, the second electrical coupling mechanism is in electrical connection with the first electrical coupling mechanism, and the electric heating tube is controllable by the control device to be conductive.

Abstract: An automatic beverage maker is provided. The automatic beverage maker is configured for storing raw materials of various hot drinks in vacuum, grinding the raw material of a hot drink to be made into powder with a grinding module, displacing an inlet cover at an upper end of a steeping chamber with a translational transport module so as to introduce the powder of the raw material of the hot drink to be made into the steeping chamber, and guiding hot boiled water in an internal water tank to drip into the steeping chamber, thus forming a convenient hot drink making mechanism.

Abstract: A ground coffee extraction apparatus has a base to which a filter cup loaded with ground coffee is assembled from below. A delivery system pumps cool water from a cool water tank into the extraction apparatus. The cool water exerts a downward force greater than a resilient force of resilient elements of the extraction apparatus to drive a sliding element and a downward pressing element downward. Consequently, an O-ring seals a gap between the downward pressing element and the filter cup while the downward force is evenly applied to the ground coffee in the filter cup, thereby sealing and compacting the ground coffee hydraulically. After coffee is extracted, the cool water is drawn back into the cool water tank so that the sliding element and the downward pressing element are moved upward to unseal the filter cup. Hence, the automatic extraction apparatus enables rapid, uniform, and standardized sealing and compacting.

Abstract: A touch control panel for use with a coffeemaker is disclosed. In the touch control panel, a PC board unit provided with backlight plates and a printed panel are secured to an inner side of a front decorative cover, made of a transparent material, with threaded fasteners. Protrusions formed on the front decorative cover and on an upper front decorative cover are engaged with corresponding cavities on a back panel. A back panel cover is engaged in the back panel at a location adjacent to a rear side of the PC board unit. An upper decorative strip and a lower decorative strip are affixed to an outer side of the front decorative cover. The touch control panel is secured to a front side of an upper body and of a lower body of the coffeemaker to serve both decorative and functional purposes.

Abstract: A water feeding device of a hot drink maker, particularly of a coffeemaker, is provided wherein a water feeding operation and a water heating time are controlled by a water temperature sensor, a computer circuit board, and a motor, all of which are installed in the hot drink maker. The motor is driven according to a sensing result obtained by sensing water temperature at a predetermined position, so as to push heated water smoothly and completely into an inlet of a brewing chamber. Thus, ground coffee in the brewing chamber is infused by the liquid-state heated water of a predetermined temperature to make a hot drink with a desirable taste.

Abstract: A hot drink maker is provided. The hot drink maker includes a heating device for making various hot drinks. The heating device can be set in advance with a desired temperature and time for making a hot drink so that the heating device heats water to the desired temperature and pumps the heated water into a steeping space in which a bag containing a raw material of the hot drink is placed. When the set time is up, a cam is driven to rotate, thereby pushing a pushing rod upward. Consequently, a seesaw element resiliently engaged with a plug rod at an end of an outlet of a steeping chamber is tilted so as to discharge a finished hot drink prepared by steeping into an adjacent pitcher along the lowered plug rod, and thus the hot drink is made conveniently.

Abstract: A locking structure of a hot beverage machine with a steam sealing device is provided. The hot beverage machine has a feeder for various drinks placed with raw materials, such as coffee powder, coffee bag, tea leaves, tea bags, etc., and utilized with a sealing element, which allows steam to come in. When the machine is used, the feeder is tightly sealed with the sealing element so as to make drinks with purer flavor. Alternatively, when the machine is not in use for brewing, the feeder is separated from the sealing element with a distance such that the hot beverage machine can have a variety of different functions.

Abstract: A food-cutting device includes an upper metal base and a lower metal base respectively formed with recessed areas and shaped mold cavities with a predetermined cavity depth having raised rims outwardly projecting from the recessed areas and having inclined and closed peripheral patterns formed on inner surfaces. Cutters having a height greater than that of the raised rim are provided around the shaped mold cavities of the upper metal base. Moreover, press members respectively have one ends connected to each side of the upper metal base and the other ends connected to each side portion of a handle pivotally connected to a rear sick of the upper metal base. When the upper and lower metal bases are in a closed state to heat foodstuff, the foodstuff is pressed into a predetermined configuration, and a filling is encapsulated within the foodstuff followed by cutting the foodstuff by the cutters.

Abstract: A hot beverage maker has an infusion device including a water container having a base and a lid and a filtration tank in the water container. The filtration tank includes a stopper on a bottom, an overflow outlet on a side wall, a filtration mesh having a hot-water duct of silicone rubber, and a lid pivotally connected to a top. When the hot beverage maker is activated to heat, cold water in the water container flows into heating tubes of a heating device via a first connective tube to be heated. Then, hot water flows upwards via a second connective tube into the filtration tank from the bottom of the filtration tank. Thus, the coffee powder/tea leaves inside of the filtration mesh is/are sufficiently infused. The stopper can be pressed upwards to be opened so as to cause the sufficiently infused coffee/tea to drip.

The lamp cover accommodates a positioning element made of a tough material for framing a light-penetrable element therein. The hinge is adapted to adjust an angle between the cooking plates in response to different thickness of foodstuffs or the number of foodstuffs to be broiled.
