Abstract: A system for managing storage-state data of by-the-barrel liquor includes barrels to be filled with an unblended liquor, GPS sensors and IoT sensors installed on the barrels, and a server along with a processing program thereof, wherein the processing program: issues a unique barrel number for each individual barrel while recording on the server its basic data including the distillery name, brand, and unblended liquor fill date; obtains and records on the server the location information transmitted by the GPS sensor linked to the barrel number, and the storage-state data of the individual barrel transmitted by the IoT sensor linked to the barrel number, including the time elapsed from the unblended liquor fill date, and temperature and humidity taken at each specified time interval; hashes the basic data, location information, and storage-state data by linking the barrel number thereto, and records the result on a public blockchain.
