Abstract: The present invention provides a process cartridge and an electronic imaging device. The process cartridge includes a cartridge body having an accommodating cavity; a developing roller rotatably installed in the accommodating cavity; a photosensitive drum rotatably installed in the cartridge body; a charging roller that is in contact with a peripheral surface of the photosensitive drum and is spaced from the developing roller; and a cleaning member that is located in the accommodating cavity and installed in the cartridge body, extends in a direction parallel to the charging roller, and is in contact with a peripheral surface of the charging roller. The developing roller is in contact with the peripheral surface of the photosensitive drum. The electronic imaging device includes a machine body, and the foregoing process cartridge is detachably installed thereon. The present invention can increase the utilization rate of toner and reduce abrasion of the photosensitive drum.

Abstract: A metal three-dimensional printer, a printing method, and a three-dimensional printing material. The three-dimensional printer includes a printing head, a heating apparatus, a printing platform, and a sintering shaping chamber. The printing method includes a preliminary shaping step and a sintering step. The heating apparatus heats the three-dimensional printing material. A heating temperature of the heating apparatus is 50° C. to 300° C., and a binder bonds metal powder at 50° C. to 300° C., and the three-dimensional printing material is extruded onto the printing platform to form a preliminary cured object. In the sintering step, the preliminary cured object is sintered and cured into a shaped object.

The process cartridge includes a cartridge body, a photosensitive drum having a first axis, and a driving force receiving member having a second axis. The photosensitive drum is rotatably supported between two end walls of the cartridge body, and the driving force receiving member has a head portion and a shaft portion. The driving force receiving member is connected to an axial end of the photosensitive drum through an Oldham coupling; a rotation angle limiting mechanism is disposed between the driving force receiving member and the photosensitive drum; and the driving force receiving member is movable in a direction perpendicular to the first axis and rotatable around the second axis such that the second axis is either co-axial or parallel with the first axis.

Abstract: The present invention relates a toner cartridge used for a laser printer. The toner cartridge comprises: a toner tank for storing fresh toner and a waste toner tank for storing waste toner obtained after development. When the toner cartridge is installed in a laser printer, the toner tank has a toner supplying section at a lower portion in a vertical direction thereof for supplying toner to an external environment. Two inner surfaces of the toner tank, arranged in a transverse direction of the toner tank and parallel with a direction in which the toner cartridge is installed into the laser printer, keep in a plane state at positions higher than the toner supplying section and are parallel with the vertical direction.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a developing cartridge for a laser printer, comprising a stirring wheel and an activation mechanism, the activation mechanism comprising a diameter-changing wheel, a return spring and a sliding block, wherein the diameter-changing wheel is parallel with an axial direction of the stirring wheel and includes two sections of arcs, a larger diameter arc of the two sections of arcs is meshed with the stirring wheel, a protruding block is provided on a lateral end wall at a side of the axial direction of the diameter-changing wheel facing the end cover, a part of the end cover corresponding to the diameter-changing wheel is provided as an inclined wall, the inclined wall is provided with a sliding groove, the sliding block is mounted in the sliding groove, the return spring presses the sliding block in the sliding groove at one end close to the diameter-changing wheel.

Abstract: Disclosed is a chip contact mechanism for a developer cartridge. The chip contact mechanism comprises a chip holder movably provided on the developer cartridge and a lever for enabling the chip holder to move. The chip holder is provided with a chip installation position. A return member is provided between the chip holder and the cartridge body. Disclosed is also a developer cartridge which comprises the chip contact mechanism.

When the transmission component is driven to rotate, it drives the connection component, the toner discharge port, and the rotary container body to rotate together.

Abstract: A process cartridge used in an image forming apparatus, the process cartridge having a photosensitive drum, a developer roller, a conductive electrode and a rectifier. The photosensitive drum and the developer roller are contacted with each other. The conductive electrode is contacted with a power supply electrode in the image forming apparatus to receive a developing bias. The rectifier converts an alternating current bias voltage into a direct current bias voltage. The rectifier is electrically connected between the conductive electrode and the developer roller. A rectifier converting an alternating current bias voltage into a direct current bias voltage is added into a contact process cartridge in the present invention. Therefore, the contact process cartridge can be applied to a printer using a jumping development method.

Abstract: Disclosed is a toner cartridge, which comprises a case, a toner outlet and a gate that can slide to close the toner outlet. The inside of the gate has a bump which can be resisted by the opening mechanism to open the toner outlet. The outside of the gate has an elastic buckle which can be resisted by the closing mechanism to close the toner outlet. The outside of the toner feeding compartment has a notch; the bottom surface of the notch is connected with the outside of the toner feeding compartment through the guiding slope. When the gate is in the closing position, the elastic buckle and the notch coordinate; when the gate is in the opening position the elastic buckle separates from the notch and is put on the outside surface of the toner feeding compartment.

When the transmission component is driven to rotate, it drives the connection component, the toner discharge port, and the rotary container body to rotate together.
