Abstract: The present invention provides a spinal implant for stabilizing adjacent vertebrae of a patient, comprising (i) two or more cages; and (ii) a support which is returnable from a constrained linear shape to an expanded shape and affixed to each of the two or more cages, said implant having a first configuration to arrange the cages in order when the support is in the constrained linear shape, and a second configuration that gives a transformed arrangement of the cages to define a plane by the cages and the support when the support is in the expanded shape.
