Abstract: The invention employs blades featuring multiple holes. The metal decoration for coupling conceals perforated sections, which ease the mounting and alignment for screws installation. The blade holder incorporates two or more slots for screws to slide through the decoration cover, securing the blade assembly onto the fan motor for assembly and operation. The decoration cover has a minimum of two holes for alignment screw installation and one hole for preassembling and fastening it onto the blade. Alignment screws serve a dual purpose by sliding into the blade holder's slots and installing the blade assembly. This not only aligns the blade holder but also temporarily holds the assembly, freeing the installer's hands for subsequent installation steps. This simplifies the process, minimizes installer fatigue and allowing the use of both hands to handle screws, making it a time-efficient and straightforward task. The installation difficulty then reduces from 9 to 1.
Abstract: Disclosed are a flexible pipe and a manufacturing method thereof. The flexible pipe includes an outer bellows formed in a corrugated tubular shape with mountains and valleys, an inner bellows formed in a corrugated tubular shape with mountains and valleys and provided inside the outer bellows, a pair of flanges connected to both ends of the outer bellows and the inner bellows, respectively, and a detection unit for checking whether leakage occurs due to damage or breakage of the outer and inner bellows by detecting an amount of oxygen present in an air having an atmospheric pressure and filled in an atmospheric space between the outer and inner bellows. Leakage due to damage or breakage of the outer and inner bellows can be detected based on variation in the amount of oxygen present in the space between the outer bellows and the inner bellows.
Abstract: A bellows having tweezers-shaped corrugated portions for increasing resistance and restoring force against torsion includes: a first flat part having a flat cylindrical shape; a second flat part having a flat cylindrical shape and disposed opposite to the first flat part; and a plurality of corrugated portions, each having a tweezers shape and disposed between the first flat part and the second flat part, wherein each of the plurality of corrugated portions is sequentially connected to each other, so as to increase resistance and restoring force against torsion.

Abstract: A combination cooling and heating device is provided with a cooling fan including an outlet including a mouth; and a heater including a mouth member complimentarily connected to the mouth of the outlet of the cooling fan, an indicator, a shell member including heating elements, a blade assembly, a micro switch, a spring biased trigger member, a front louver, and a frame secured to both the louver and the shell member. The trigger member is attached to the micro switch. The blade assembly is rotatably secured to the trigger member. In a heating operation, the fan activates to produce airflow which rotates the blade assembly, the blade assembly rotates to pull the trigger member, and the trigger member turns on the micro switch which activates the heating elements, thereby taking heat generated by the heating elements out of the louver.

Fin mist can be generated by the misting fan.
